品管圈在精神科护理质量持续改进中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 :探讨品管圈活动在精神科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法:在精神科病房开展以"促进精神科护理质量持续改进"为主题的品管圈活动,分析影响科室护理质量的因素,并采取有效措施,对精神科的护理质量进行持续改进,比较品管圈实施前后护理质量相关指标。结果:开展品管圈活动后,精神科护理不良事件发生率由3.66%下降至0.93%,住院患者跌倒发生率由1.43%下降0.31%,住院患者冲动发生率由4.78%下降至2.64%,住院患者保护约束率由8.28%下降至5.13%,护士服务综合满意度由90.56%升至97.78%,护士对腕带识别依从率82.78%提高到98.89%,与实施护理措施前对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动是精神科护理质量持续改进的一种有效手段。Objective ： Tn explore the effect of QCC activities used in the continuous improvement of quality of nursing in psychiatry. Methods ： To carry out ＂ promote the continuous improvement of the quality of psychiatric nursing＂ as the theme of the QCC in the psychiatric ward. To analyze the influence factors of improve nursing quality and adopted effective measures. Continuous improvement of nursing quality in psychiatry, nursing quality index collection before and ＇after the improvement of comparative analysis. Results：After carried out the quality control circle activity, psychiatric nursing adverse events rate dropped from 3.66% to 0.93%, the incidence of inpatients fall down from I. 43% to 0.31% ,patients with impulsive occurrence rate dropped from 4.78% to 2. 80% in hospital, inpatient protection constraints rate dropped from 8.28% to 5.13%. Comprehensive satisfaction nude service was grow up from 90.56% to 97.8%, the recognition rate of nurses with compliance was improved from 82.78% to 98.89% ,there was significant and implementation of nursing measures before contrast difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：To can＇y out the quality control circle is an effective means to continuously improve the quality of psychiatric nursing.
