不同电动防褥疮垫在老年高危压疮患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨电动防褥疮垫在老年高危压疮患者中的应用效果。方法：将2010年1月~2012年12月我科收治的224例符合入选标准住院老年高危压疮患者随机等分为A、B两组,A组使用鱼跃（ YUYUE）喷气式防褥疮垫,B组使用班德士（ American Bantex）防褥疮垫,连续观察3周,比较两组压疮发生情况。结果：B组与A组比较压疮发生情况明显减少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：使用班德士防褥疮垫,可更有效地预防老年高危患者压疮的发生,尤其在病情危重、使用呼吸机、无法翻身的老年高危压疮患者中,防压疮效果优于鱼跃防褥疮垫。Objective：To estimate the effect of electric pressure-sore-prevention cursions using in elderly patients with high-risk of pressure sore,to reduce the occurrence rate of pressure sore in whom. Methods：224 elderly patients with high-risk of pressure sore involved,who was randomly divided into two groups,A group used YUYUE jet-propelled pressure-sore-prevention cursions,and B group with American Bantex pressure-sore-prevention cursions. All patients were observed for 3 weeks to compare the occurrence rate of pressure sore between the two groups. Results：The occurrence rate of pressure sore in B group was lower than that of A group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The rate of equipment damage was lower in B group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：American Bantex pressure-sore-prevention cursions may prevent the occurrence of pressure sore in elderly patients with high-risk of pressure sore more effectively than YUYUE jet-propelled pressure-sore-prevention cursions,and it′s more durable than the YUYUE with lower spoilage and more comprehensive benefit.
