摘 要:运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法和比较分析法,对《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》实施以来我国七个地区55所"211工程"高校的体育课程内容设置现状进行研究,了解体育课程改革的实施动态。结果发现:目前,我国"211工程"高校体育课程内容设置具有区域性、地域性和季节性特征,课程内容的普及程度不高;体育课程内容较为丰富,覆盖面较宽,但有些内容未能很好地体现体育课程目标;体育课程大纲所呈现的课程内容构成不够合理;课程内容设置单纯追求民族性,却未能达到健身与体育文化传承的效果。对此提出相应建议,以期为高校体育课程改革提供有益借鉴。By methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this article studies the present situation of teaching contents setting in PE curriculum in 55 "Project 211" universities in 7 regions since the issue of "Guidance Outline of PE Curriculum Teaching for National Ordinary Universities", to understand the dynamic implementation of PE curriculum reform Results: at present, teaching contents setting in PE curriculum in China's "211 Project" universities has regional, local and seasonal characteristics, and the curriculum contents are not far from universal; PE curriculum contents are rich and have broad coverage, but some of the contents can not well reflect the teaching objectives; the structure of the course contents presented by the PE curriculum is not reasonable; curriculum contents setting simply pursue the ethnical traits, but fails to achieve the effect of fitness and sports culture inheritance. Thus this article puts forward corresponding suggestions to provide beneficial references for the reform of PE curriculum reform in Chinese universities.
