彝族传统体育非物质文化遗产保护的问题及对策

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对彝族传统体育非物质文化遗产现状进行概述,重点对其保护过程中面临的问题和对策进行研究。研究认为:彝族传统体育非物质文化遗产非常丰富,但是在保护和传承上存在很多问题,主要是缺乏健全的法律制度、完善的管理体系、足够的保护资金、注重保护的观念、有效的保护渠道;为此,从法律、经济、政府、教育、旅游等方面提出保护彝族传统体育非物质文化遗产的对策建议。By using the methods of literature review and questionnaire, this article outlines the difficulties and countermeasures of the preservation of traditional sports intangible cultural heritage of the Yi ethic minority, and stresses the difficulties and countermeasures in the preservation process. The results show that the Yi people＇s sports intangible cultural heritage is very resourceful, but there are also a lot of problems existing in its preservation and inheritance, mainly including the lack of a sound legal system, perfect management system, adequate preservation funds, preservation conception, and effective preservation channels. To solve these problems, this article proposes several countermeasures and suggestions to preserve the traditional sports intangible cultural heritage of the Yi ethic minority in terms of law, economy, government, education, travel.
