基于文本挖掘的中风病中医现代流派分析

摘　　要：目的:基于文本挖掘技术分析中风病的中医现代研究流派及其学术思想。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中1900年-2014年间有关中风病的中医药文献资料,运用正则表达式提取作者信息,根据普赖斯定律筛选高产作者,采用UCInet软件聚类分析,采用Netdraw软件对高产作者之间的合作脉络关系进行可视化处理,分析和总结核心人物中风病学术思想,从而得出中风病的现代研究流派及其学术思想。结果:共有5 568位研究者发表了关于中风病的中医药论文3 405篇,确立了74名高产作者、12个候选研究团队和7个中医流派。结论:基于文本挖掘技术和社区网络分析中风病的现代研究流派,较为客观地展示了中风病现代研究的主要力量,为流派的研究提供参考。Objective： To analysis the stroke modem genres of traditional Chinese medicine and academic ideas based on literature mining. Methods： Literature of TCM about the stroke in the Chinese biomedical literature database （CBM） from 1900-2014 were searched, and the author information was fetched by using regular expression. The prolific authors were screened according to the Price law. The prolific authors＇ cooperative relationship was visualized by using the UCInet software and Netdraw software, and the stroke academic thoughts of core leader were analyzed and summarized, thus the stroke modern genres and its academic thoughts were concluded. Results： There were 5 568 stroke researchers and 3 405 stroke related papers were published. and 74 prolific authors, 12 candidate research team and 7 traditional Chinese medicine genres were found out. Conclusion： The analysis of stroke modern genres based on literature mining and social network analysis technology shows the main power in the stroke modern research objectively, and provids the reference to the research of genres.
