摘  要:清代医家陈士铎辨证治疗痰湿内盛型肥胖见解独特,创火土两培丹和补气消痰饮两方治疗此型肥胖。陈士铎在治疗痰湿内盛型肥胖上既有继承又有创新,首先他临证重视辨证,强调治病求本,标本兼治。其次勇于创新,陈氏结合道家"命门"学说,提出益火补土法治疗痰湿内盛型肥胖。组方用药上,巧用肉桂,补命门之火。最后陈氏偏重温补,如在火土两培丹中运用温补肾阳的药物来治疗痰湿型肥胖,重用熟地黄等温肾之药,意在补肾益命门之根基,其治疗均体现了"益火补土"之大法,其学术思想对现今肥胖的临床治疗有指导意义。The unique view of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in treating phlegm wet type obesity by Qing dynasty physician CHEN Shi-duo, he creates ‘Huotu Liangpei Dan' and ‘Benefiting qi and Eliminating Phlegm Decoction' to treat phlegm wet type obesity. The treatment of phlegm wet type obesity is inheritance and innovation by CHEN Shi-duo. First of all, he pays attention to syndrome differentiation and emphasizes on searching for the primary cause of disease in the treatment. Secondly, he makes an innovation, considers that he could use ‘warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen' method to treat phlegm wet type obesity after combination of Taoism ‘vital gate theory'. Doctor CHEN uses cinnamon to fill the ‘vital gate' fire in his prescription. Finally, he would like to use nourishing drugs to treat phlegm wet type obesity, such as ‘Huotu Liangpei Dan', he always chose warming drugs, especially rehmanniae, and he wants to nourishing kidney and benefiting ‘vital gate'. His treatment embodies in the ‘warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen' method. His academic thought has a guiding significance in the clinical treatment of obesity.
