摘　　要：目的:明确小儿手足口病临床证候分布规律及其中医证型与体温、皮疹数量、主要实验室检查相关性。方法:收集498例患儿中医四诊资料,建立证候信息数据库,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件,进行统计分析。结果:邪犯肺脾证(195例)以皮肤疱疹、食量减少、咽痛、咳嗽、流涕、便秘、精神差等为主;湿热毒盛证(303例)以皮肤疱疹、发热(中等度热、高热为主)、食量减少、咽痛、发热(低热为主)、精神差、烦躁不安、恶心呕吐、肢体抖动、乏力等为主。肌酸激酶同工酶、血糖的升高在湿热毒盛证中表现更明显。结论:通过临床病例调查,明确了手足口病的中医证型及证候要素分布规律及其相关性。Objective： To study the syndromes distribution regularity of the HFMD in clinic and the correlation between TCM syndrome types of HFMD and body temperature, number of rash and the main laboratory examination. Methods： Four hundred and ninety-eight patients＇ four TCM diagnostics data with HFMD were collected to establish an information database of syndromes. These data in the database were analyzed with the SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results： The symptoms such as herpes, poor appetite, pharyngalgia, low fever, cough, watery nasal discharge, constipation, poor spirit and so on were the main symptoms of evil attacking lung and spleen syndrome. The symptoms such as herpes, moderate and high fever, poor appetite, pharyngalgia, poor spirit, dysphoria, nausea and ernesis, limb jitter, asthenia and so on were the main symptoms of dampness-heat with exuberance of toxic material syndrome. The level of CK-MB and blood glucose in dampness-heat with exuberance of toxic material syndrome were more significant than those in evil attacking lung and spleen syndrome. Conclusion： The TCM syndromes types of the HFMD, the distribution regularity of syndrome factors of the HFMD and the correlation between them are explored and concluded in this paper based on the clinical case.
