体针与耳穴贴压并用对肝火旺盛型经行头痛患者经期血浆β-EP含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨体针与耳穴贴压并用疗法治疗肝火旺盛型经行头痛的作用机制。方法:将85例患者随机分为两组,治疗组以体针与耳穴贴压并用的方法治疗肝火旺盛型经行头痛患者43例,并设对照组口服西比灵(盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊)作对照42例,观察临床疗效,同时对两组各30例患者进行治疗前后经期血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量变化的检测。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组血浆β-EP含量较治疗前均明显升高,治疗组略优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论:体针与耳穴贴压并用对肝火旺盛型经行头痛有明显疗效,其作用机制之一可能是通过调节血浆中β-EP的水平而发挥止痛效应。Objective： To preliminary explore the mechanism of body acupuncture combined with auricular application in the treatment of patients with headache during menstruation with excess of liver-fire syndrome type. Methods： Eighty-five patients with headache during menstruation with excess of liver-fire syndrome type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group for 43 cases and 42 cases, respectively. The treatment group received body acupuncture combined with auricular application, while the control group received Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules by oral. The clinical effects were observed, meanwhile, the level of plasma β -EP of 30 patients in both groups was determined during menstrual period, before and after treatment. Results： The curative effect of treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group （P〈0.01）. The level of plasma β -EP after treatment in both groups was both significantly increased than that before treatment, with the treatment group being superior to the control group, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion： There is a significant effect of body acupuncture combined with auricular application on patients with headache during menstruation with excess of liver-fire syndrome type. The mechanism may be that the body acupuncture combined with auricular application could adjust β -EP level in plasma that may play an important role in pain relief.
