中医辨证论治对视神经脊髓炎年复发率影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证论治对视神经脊髓炎(NMO)复发率的影响。方法:回顾性分析连续服用辨证论治开立的中药6个月以上的31例NMO患者,根据服用免疫抑制剂与否将其分为中药组和中药+免疫抑制剂组。观察两组患者治疗前后年复发率的变化,及治疗后两组间年复发率有无差异。结果:中药组NMO患者19例,中药+免疫抑制剂组NMO患者12例。中药组患者治疗后年复发率显著下降(P<0.01);中药+免疫抑制剂组患者治疗后年复发率低于治疗前(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前年复发率无差异,治疗后亦无显著差异。结论:单纯中药治疗及中药联合免疫抑制剂均能显著降低NMO患者年复发率,联合免疫抑制剂效果未明显优于单纯中药治疗。Objective： To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation on annual relapse rate （ARR） of neuromyelitis optica （NMO）. Methods： Clinical features of 31 patients with NMO were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients took traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation more than six months, and according to whether or not use immunosuppressive agents, they were divided into two groups： TCM group, TCM＋immunosuppressive agent group. The changes of ARR of two groups before and after treatment, and the differences between the two groups were observed. Results： There were 19 NMO patients in TCM group and 12NMO patients in TCM＋immunosuppressive agent group. The ARR after treatment decreased significantly in TCM group （P〈0.01）, meanwhile, the ARR after treatment was lower than that per-treatment in TCM＋immunosuppressive agent group （P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. There were no significant differences of ARR between two groups both before and after treatment. Conclusion： Both traditional Chinese medicine therapy and that combined with immunosuppressive agents therapy could reduce the annual recurrence rate of patients with NMO. The effect of therapy cOmbined with immunosuppressive agents is not significantly better than traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
