摘　　要：金保方教授临床运用古方八珍汤化裁治疗生殖系统疾病,疗效甚佳。文章介绍了其辨治女性排卵功能障碍、子宫内膜过薄、输卵管积液、子宫腺肌症所导致不孕症,以及男性少弱精子症和免疫性不育症的经验各举1例,并加以分析,以飨同道;充分体现其整体论治的理念,辨病与辨证相结合的思维方式。This article mainly discusses the clinical experience of professor JIN Bao-fang, the use of Bazhen decoction in the treatment of difficult and complicated reproductive system disease, such as female infertility due to ovulation failure, endometrial hypoplasia, hydrosalpinx fluid, adenomyosis, and male infertility due to oligoasthenozoospermic, immune infertility. And after analyzes, it also sufficiently demonstrates his concepts, fully reflecting the concepts of treatment based on syndrome- differentiation, combining treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and differentiation of disease.
