摘　　要：胡永盛教授提出躁郁症证中医病因病机为"冲和之气"不调,诸郁丛生,治疗以和气开郁,宣畅三焦为法,用药以安神药、理气药为主,随证辅以化痰、理血药组成药组,灵活施治,文章总结胡永盛教授治疗躁郁症的用药思路。Professor HU Yong-sheng thinks that etiologic factor and pathogenesis of bipolar disorder is that if the vitalqi is deficient, all the stagnation syndrome will occur. The therapeutic methods are harmonizing qi and relieving stagnation, dredging the triple burners. The application of drugs are mainly tranquilizers and regulating qi drugs, according to the treatment of the syndrome, they supplemented with apophlegmatisant and regulating blood drugs are nimbly made up as drugs group. Professor HU Yong-sheng＇s experience of drugs used for the treatment of bipolar disorder was summarized.
