摘　　要：刘景源教授是第五批全国老中医专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,在治疗胃脘痛方面经验丰富,疗效卓著。文章从"治法纲要,首重建中固本"、"平调寒热,升清降浊并用"、"疏肝和胃,创新治酸药对"、"遵循生理,佐以消导行气"、"谨守病机,随证灵活加减"5个方面总结刘景源教授临证经验,并附验案举例。Professor LIU Jing-yuan, one of the fifth batch of national famous old TCM doctors＇ academic experience inheritance advisers, accumulates rich experiences in the treatment of epigastric pain that had remarkable curative effect. In the paper, his experiences were introduced from five aspects as following： the outline of the therapy emphasized that invigorating the middle jiao to consolidate the constitution; combined with therapeutic principles of the regulating cold and heat and sending up the lucid yang and descending the turbid yin; relieving depression of the liver-qi and harmonizing the stomach and innovating drugs compatibility to treat gastric acid; regulating the flow of qi to promote digestion and relieving stasis that followed the gastrointestinal physiological characteristic; flexibly add or subtract medicine based on pathogenesis. One case of professor LIU Jing-yuan that successfully treated the epiagstric pain in clinic was illustrated at the end.
