论玉屏风散制方调体本意与应用拓展方略

摘　　要：文章在调研玉屏风散适应范围的基础上,针对目前将肺卫气虚证与气虚体质概念等同、过敏体质与气虚体质两者混同等现象,从玉屏风散原为气虚体质"腠理不密,易于感冒"而设、专为补气调体"托里固表"而制,阐明其制方调体之本意,倡议对于反复发作性疾病的诊治理念应从肺卫气虚证或表虚回归到从气虚体质调理、对于过敏性疾病的发病也应从过敏体质兼夹气虚体质加以认识。同时强调临证应根据兼夹之体质、复杂之病情、多样之剂型、四时之季节,遵循因人、因病、因时"三因制宜"原则,发挥中医多样化的剂型特色,并从兼夹体质综合调体、辨体辨病结合调治、因人因病因时制宜3个方面提出玉屏风散的应用拓展思路及几点思考。Based on the indication scope of Jade Screen Powder, the paper aimed at the phenomena presently such as equating the conception of pulmonary qi-deficiency syndrome with the qi-insufficiency constitution, and confusing the allergic constitution with the qi-insufficiency constitution; illustrates the original conditioning constitutional intention of Jade Screen Powder from the points of view that it was originally created for the qi-insufficiency constitution with ＇the interspaces of skin and muscles being loose, aptness to catch cold＇ and it was specially made for invigorating qi, conditioning constitution and ＇strengthening superficies＇; suggested that the idea of diagnosis and treatment for recurrent Paroxysm was conditioning qi- insufficiency constitution instead of pulmonary qi-deficiency syndrome or exterior deficiency and we should take cognizance of allergic constitution incorporated with qi-insufficiency constitution for the pathogenic factors of allergic diseases. In addition, the paper emphasized that the diagnosis and treatment should according to constitutional incorporation, complexity of the disease, diversity of Chinese medicine dosage forms and the seasonal change; and put forward some extending application strategies and ideas about Jade Screen Powder from integrative conditioning of incorporated constitutions, treating by distinguishing constitutions and diseases and ‘suit measures to differing conditions in terms of time, disease and people involved＇, three categories of etiological factors system.
