消痈生肌方干预乙酸型胃溃疡大鼠IL-1β、IL-2的效应研究

摘　　要：目的:本实验通过观察消痈生肌方对血清白细胞介素(IL-1β),血清白细胞介素(IL-2)的调节作用,进一步研究毒热证胃溃疡的发病机制及其治疗胃溃疡的作用机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为7组,即正常组、假手术组、模型组、溃得康组、汤药组、胶囊组、奥美组,每组7只,测定大鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-2含量,来评价各组药物促进大鼠胃溃疡愈合的作用。结果:汤药组中IL-1β,IL-2含量分别为(260.95±7.55)、(331.19±11.73)pg/m L,与正常组最为接近,能够有效降低IL-1β,并促进IL-2的释放。结论:消痈生肌方是通过降低和提高胃溃疡大鼠血清中的IL-1β、IL-2含量,来缓解炎性介质释放、降低炎性反应、增强胃黏膜的防御功能,促进溃疡的愈合。Objective： To investigate the pathogenesis of gastric ulcer of heat-toxicity syndrome and the action mechanism of Xiaoyong Shengji Decoction in treating with gastric ulcer of heat-toxicity syndrome through observing the regulating effect of Xiaoyong Shengji Decoction on interleukin-1β （IL-1β ） and interleukin-2 （IL-2）. Methods： Rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, named normal control group, sham-operation group, model group, Kuidekang group, decoction group, capsule group and Omeprazole group. Contents of IL-1β, IL-2 in serum of rats in each group were determined to evaluate the promotion gastric ulcer healing of each medicine. Results： Contents of IL-1β and IL-2 in decoction group were （260.95±7.55）, （331.19±11.73）pg/mL, which were the closest with those in the normal control group. It showed Xiaoyong Shengji Decoction could effectively reduce the IL-1β content, and promote the release of IL-2. Conclusion： Xiaoyong Shengji Decoction can ease the release of inflammatory mediators and reduce the inflammatory response to strengthen the defense function of gastric mucosa and promote the healing of ulcer by regulating the content of IL-1β and IL-2 in serum of rats.
