摘  要:目的:研究萸黄连炮制前后指纹图谱变化情况。方法:采用HPLC法测定萸黄连炮制前后指纹图谱变化情况,结合电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)检测指纹图谱中的特征峰。结果:HPLC图谱显示炮制后萸黄连中含有黄连和吴茱萸生物碱类化学成分,从萸黄连中检测到的生物碱类成分有木兰碱、黄连碱、去氢吴茱萸碱、表小檗碱、小檗碱。应用主成分分析(PCA)法对指纹图谱进行分析,结果显示其存在差异性。结论:萸黄连炮制前后指纹图谱发生了较大的变化,增加了吴茱萸中的化学成分,为制定其质量评价方法提供重要参考。Objective: To study on the fingerprints changes of Yuhuanglian before and after processing. Methods: The fingerprints changes of Yuhuanglian before and after processing were detected by HPLC method, and some important peaks were detected by ESI-MS. Results: The HPLC fingerprints showed that the alkaloid chemical compositions of Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae were detected in Yuhuanglian after processing, including magnoflorine, coptisine, dehydroevodiamine, epiberberine and berberine. The fingerprints were analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA) method, and the results showed that there was significant difference. Conclusion: The fingerprints of Yuhuanglian are greatly changed before and after processing, and the chemical composition of Evodia is increased. This study provides an important reference for the development of quality evaluation.
