清热宣肺法治疗支原体肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热宣肺法联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的76例患者随机分为两组,对照组38例,采用常规治疗,阿奇霉素10mg·kg-1·d-1,静点,连用5d,停药2d,口服阿奇霉素干混悬剂10mg·kg-1·d-1,顿服3d,停药4d。治疗组38例,运用中西医结合疗法,在对照组治疗基础上加服中药汤剂,采用清热宣肺法,自拟中药方并随证加减,煎服,每天1剂,连续治疗2周为1个疗程,观察发热、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失时间等临床症状,判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率97.37%,对照组总有效率86.84%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),同时两组主要症状、体征消失时间比较,治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.01),两组不良反应少。结论:清热宣肺法联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎疗效确切,较单纯运用阿奇霉素治疗疗效佳。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Qingre Xuanfei method combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods： Seventy-six patients confirmed the diagnostic criteria of rnycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group were accepted the conventional therapy that Azithromycin with intravenous drip at 10mg·kg^-1·d^-1, lasting for 5 days and withdrawal for 2 days, then Azithromycin dry suspension by oral at 10mg·kg^-1·d^-1, lasting for 3 days and withdrawal for 4 days. The treatment group were accepted the Chinese medicine combined with western therapy that traditional Chinese medicine decoction prepared with the method of Qingre Xuanfei by oral at day one, lasting for two weeks as a treatment course, The clinical symptoms such as fever, cough and the disappeared time of the lung wet rales were observed to evaluate the curative effect. Results： The total efficiency of treatment group was 97.37%, while the total efficiency of control group 86.84%, with the curative effect of treatment group being superior to the control group （P〈0.05）, at the same time, the main symptoms and signs disappeared time, the treatment group was shorter than control group （P〈0.01）, there was less Adverse reaction. Conclusion： There is an obvious curative effect on mycoplasmal pneumonia by the method of Qingre Xuanfei combined with Azithromycin which is superior to use Azithromycin only.
