枕-项针刺与口服西比灵治疗本体感觉性眩晕平衡功能的对照性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察枕-项针刺对本体感觉性眩晕平衡功能的影响。方法:将颈本体感觉性眩晕患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各40例。对照组应用口服西比灵5mg,2次/d,治疗20d。实验组使用枕-项针刺法进行治疗,留针30min,1次/d,治疗20d。应用B-PHY型平衡功能检测训练系统进行检测:Mean X、Mean Y、Max-X、Max-Y、LSKG、SSKG、LFS、体质量分布系数和稳定性系数。结果:两组治疗前与治疗后比较,Mean X、Mean Y、Max-X、Max-Y、LSKG、SSKG、LFS、稳定性系数、体质量分布系数均有改善(P<0.01)。两组治疗后比较,除SSKG显著性差异(P<0.05)外,Mean X、Mean Y、Max-X、Max-Y、LSKG、LFS、稳定性系数、体质量分布系数无显著性差异。结论:枕-项针刺法可改变颈本体感觉性眩晕症状,提高平衡功能。Objective： To observe the effect of nape-occiput acupuncture on balance function of proprioception vertigo. Methods： Eighty patients with proprioception vertigo were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was received Flunarizine by oral; 5mg once, twice a day, lasting for 20 days. The treatment group was received nape-occiput acupuncture, retaining needle for 30min, once a day, lasting for 20 days. The relevant indexes such as Mean X, Mean Y, Max-X, Max-Y, LSKG, SSKG, LFS, body-mass index and stability index were detected by B-PHY type balance function test system. Results： Compared with before treatment, the Mean X, Mean Y, Max-X, Max-Y, LSKG, SSKG, LFS, body-mass index and stability index in two groups were all improved after the treatment （P〈0.01）. There were significant differences in SSKG between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0.05）. And, there was no significant difference in Mean X, Mean Y, Max-X, Max-Y, LSKG, LFS, body-mass index and stability index between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion： Nape-occiput acupuncture could relieve the dizziness of patients with proprioception vertigo and improve the balance function of patients with proprioception.
