右归丸联合激素替代治疗卵巢早衰肾虚证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨右归丸联合西药激素替代(HRT)治疗卵巢早衰(POF)肾虚证的临床疗效。方法:将60例POF肾虚证患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例,采用右归丸联合HRT疗法治疗;对照组30例,采用单纯HRT疗法。两组均以3个月经周期为1个疗程。1个疗程后,观察两组临床疗效、中医证候总积分及血清激素水平(FSH、LH、E2)的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗前后临床疗效及血清激素水平均有显著性变化(P<0.05),中医证侯积分比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率分别为90.00%和73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右归丸联合HRT疗法对改善POF肾虚证患者血清激素水平和主要临床症状均有较显著作用,可有效提高患者生活质量。Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy on Yougui Pill combined with hormone replacement therapy （HRT） in the treatment of premature ovarian failure （POF） with kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods： Sixty patients with POF with kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were received Yougui Pill combined with HRT, while the patients in the control group were received HRT, 3 menstrual cycles as a course. Then, the clinical efficacy, the total score of TCM syndrome and the level of hormone （FSH, LH, E2） in both groups were observed. Results： There was a significant difference in the level of hormone between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. The total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）, with the total effective rate being 90.00% and 73.33%, respectively and being a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yougui Pills combined with hormone replacement therapy have effect on the improvement of the level of hormone in serum and the main symptoms of premature ovarian failure with kidney deficiency syndrome, which can effectively improve the quality of life.
