摘　　要："建设什么样的政府"关系到中国梦的顺利实现。根据党的十八大提出的"干部清正、政府清廉、政治清明"之廉洁政治建设目标,新一届政府确立了"着力建设廉洁政府"的施政目标。廉洁政府能够凝聚民众早日实现中国梦的信心和力量,同时让民众享受廉洁政府所带来的公平正义、富裕富有。建设廉洁政府实现中国梦,需要践行群众路线、完善相关制度、强化法治思维和引导公众参与。To promote what kind of government is related to the successful realization of Chinese Dream. The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC puts forward the clean political goal that ＂officials are honest, government clean, and politics upright＂. Based on the goal, the new government establishes the administrating goal to ＂focus on the construction of a clean government＂. A clean government has the ability to agglutinate Chinese confidence and strength for the early realization of Chinese dream. At the same time, it is ready to let people enjoy justice and prosperity which a clean government brings. We need to practice the mass line, improve the relevant systems, strengthen the rule of law thinking and guide the public participation in building a clean government and realizing Chinese Dream.
