医联预约服务平台防控“技术号贩”研究与应用

摘　　要：近年来卫生管理部门以及各级医疗机构借助信息化技术,建设面向患者的门诊专家预约挂号服务系统,提高门诊服务效率,方便群众看病就医。在开展过程中,如何防范"技术号贩"确保老百姓正常有序就医问题倍受关注。在详细分析和研究了医联预约服务平台,特别是在外挂秒杀软件、验证算法、实名制认证和权限设置等基础上,提出一套基于"防控技术号贩"的防控技术、实时监控、程序优化和宣传引导等综合措施进行严格防控。实验结果表明,该套防控技术可精确地检测和定位到技术号贩的恶意抢号行为,具有较强的判断力和鉴别力,能确保网上预约的公平性,实现维护患者切身利益。该套防控技术能供医疗卫生行业进行推广使用。In recent years,with the help of informatisation technology,the health administration and the medical institutions on all levels have constructed the patient-oriented specialist outpatient appointment registration service system for improving the efficiency of outpatient services and facilitating the masses to see doctors.In its execution process,how to prevent ＂ technology scalper＂ to ensure orderly medical treatment attracts much attention.On the basis of detailed analysis and study on medical appointment service platform,especially on the plugin seckill software,validation algorithm,real name system authentication and permissions settings,etc.,we put forward a set of comprehensive measures including prevention and control technology,real-time monitoring,process optimisation and publicity and guidance,etc.,all are based on＂preventing and controlling technical scalpers＂.Experimental results show that these technologies can accurately detect and locate the malicious registration-snatching behaviours by technology scalpers,and is strong in discretion and discernment.It can guarantee the fairness of online booking,and realises the maintenance of patients＇ vital interests.At the same time,the set of prevention and control technologies can also be used for the promotion of healthcare industry.
