摘　　要：随着计算机和信息技术的快速发展及广泛应用,带动了医疗机构的信息化建设,与此同时安全与隐私问题也成为医疗信息系统(HIS)的重要需求。在RBAC模型的基础上,提出面向患者的隐私保护访问控制模型。该模型支持患者根据自身的隐私偏好定义个性化的访问控制策略,有效地解决了患者敏感数据的泄漏问题,满足了患者的个性化隐私保护需求。With the rapid development and wide application of computer and information technology,which bring the informatisation construction in medical institutions,the security and privacy are also widely recognised as the important requirements for medical information system（ HIS）.On the basis of RBAC model,a patient-oriented access control model for privacy protection is built in this paper.In it the patients are allowed to define personalised access control policies according to their own privacy preferences,this effectively solves the trouble of patients＇ privacy data leakage and satisfies their personalised privacy protection requirements.
