摘 要:为筛选出省时省力的高效打顶促芽方法,提高橡胶树籽苗芽接苗的生产效率,以秋季芽接、次年春季打顶抹芽的籽苗芽接带杆苗为研究对象,比较8种截砧处理方法对其生长的影响。结果表明:在第1对真叶腋芽下方剪断砧木茎杆的截砧方法可减少用工量(7min/100株),工效是常规抹芽(212min/100株)的30多倍;抽芽加快,处理后20d内抽芽结束;提高抽芽率(达96%)和苗木出圃率(为94%),且苗木长势与常规留叶抠芽打顶法的相当。其余处理都不如常规留叶抠芽打顶法。采用该法对批量带杆大苗进行打顶促芽生产性试验效果良好,可在生产上推广应用。The budding-stem seedlings were treated by eight different truncated rootstock methods to study the effect on growth of budding-stem seedlings to screen efficient topping method with labor-saving and time-saving for improving production efficiency.The results showed that the truncated rootstock method with the first pair of leaves can reduce workload(7min/100seedlings)and work efficiency is more30 times that of the traditional bud picking method(212 min/100seedlings).The sprout rate and transplanting rate of budding-stem seedlings treated by the truncated rootstock method with the first pair of leaves reaches 96% and 94% respectively because of rapid sprout.The growth vigor of budding-stem seedlings treated by the truncated rootstock method with the first pair of leaves is no obvious difference with the traditional bud picking method.The results from production tests indicates the truncated rootstock method with the first pair of leaves should be generalized and applied in production.
