摘 要:为探明锈叶杜鹃菌根侵染特征,采用碱解离酸性品红染色法对贵阳市乌当万亩杜鹃林景区的锈叶杜鹃进行了菌根侵染情况及菌丝体形态观察,并分析了其土壤的养分含量。结果表明:锈叶杜鹃菌根菌丝体形态可分为粗菌丝体(直径2~6μm)和细菌丝体(直径1~2μm)两类,粗菌丝体有5种类型,细菌丝体有6种类型;锈叶杜鹃的菌根侵染率上坡显著高于中坡和下坡,中坡显著高于下坡;侵染率的高低与根际土壤总氮、水解性氮、SOC、腐殖土层厚度等呈显著正相关,与土壤pH、全钾呈显著负相关。In order to ascertain characteristics of R.siderophyllum mycorrhiza infection,the alkali dissociate from the acid fuchsin staining method was adopted in observing R.siderophyllum mycorrhiza infection situation and the mycelium morphology which were collected from Wudang(located in Guiyang)Ten Thousand Acres of rhododendron forest scenic region and the soil condition and other environmental factors were analyzed.The results showed that R.siderophyllum mycelium form should be divided into two classifications,the thick mycelium(2 ~ 6μm)and the fine mycelium(1 ~ 2μm).There were five types of thick mycelia and six types of thin mycelia.The mycorrhizal infection rate of R.siderophyllum growing on the top of the mountain was significantly higher than those growing on the mountainside and the bottom,the mycorrhizal infection rate of the mountainside was significantly higher than that at the bottom.The mycorrhizal infection rate had a significant positive correlation with rhizosphere soil total nitrogen,hydrolyze nitrogen,SOC,humus soil layer thickness,yet significant negative correlation with total potassium and pH.
