重庆市小型农田水利设施的农户投入效用及其影响因素

摘　　要：为正确评估小型农田水利设施建设的绩效,促进发挥其建设过程中农户参与的积极作用,利用重庆市14个区(县)的问卷调查数据,对小型农田水利设施的农户投入效用状况进行实证分析,并构建小型农田水利设施的农户投入效用影响因素模型,分析影响农户投入效用的现实因素。结果表明:重庆市小型农田水利设施的农户投入效用普遍较高,同时,农户的农业收入比例越高,用水量越大,参与水利设施建设的组织和管理程度越高,文化程度越高,则这一投入效用越高,反之则越低,而农户的性别、年龄和家庭人口数均对这一效用没有明显影响。The investment effectiveness of farmer households in small water conservancy facilities from14districts（counties）in Chongqing was empirically analyzed by questionnaire survey to correctly evaluate achievement effect of small water conservancy facilities and to give play to the positive role of farmer households participation,and then the factors＇ model of influencing investment effectiveness of farmer households in small water conservancy facilities was established to analyze reality factors of influencing investment effectiveness.The investment effectiveness of farmer households in small water conservancy facilities is higher generally.The higher the income proportion and water consumption of farmer households in agriculture are,the higher organization and administration degree of participating water conservancy facilities construction are,The higher the education level is,the higher the investment effectiveness is.The gender,age and family population of farmer households has no obvious effect on investment effectiveness.
