摘　　要：针对嵌入式设备接入以太网的需求,搭建了基于LPC23/24XX微控制器和DM9161A器件的硬件平台,在对LPC23/24XX以太网MAC(介质访问控制层)控制器的特性进行分析的基础上,开发和移植Lw IP协议栈的网络接口层和操作系统模拟层,实现了一个低成本嵌入式网络系统。通过对该系统进行TCP性能测试并在上面实现一个简单的WEB服务器,表明了该系统效率较高,具有实用价值。For the needs of embedded devices connected to the Ethernet, this paper built a hardware platform which based on the microcontroller of LPC23/24 XX and the device of DM9161 A. Then it made an analysis for the feature of LPC23/24 XX Ethernet MAC（Media Access Control Layer） controller. It developed and transplanted the network interface layer and the operating system simulate layer of Lw IP stack, finally a low-cost embedded network system was realized. By means of the testing of TCP performance and the implement of a simple WEB server on this system, it indicated the high efficiency of this system and it has a practical value.
