高可塑性骨质瓷拉坯泥料的制备和应用研究

摘　　要：在我国千百年来传承下来的古老的制作陶瓷技艺中,运用辘轳拉坯成型依然是艺术陶瓷重要的成型方式之一。骨质瓷是目前世界公认的高档瓷种之一,具有洁白、温润、透明度好、釉面光亮度高等特点,但是塑性较差、不适合手工拉坯成型工艺。因此,通过对泥料进行可塑性调节和制备,以期达到手工拉坯成型在高档艺术陶瓷中的广泛应用。Of all the Chinese traditional ceramic making techniques that have been handed down through thousands of years, throwing on a potter＇s wheel is still one of the most important for art ceramic creation. Bone china is a well-accepted type of high-end products for its high whiteness, soft paste body, good transparency and high glossiness. But the low plasticity of its clay makes it unsuitable for throwing. In this study, the bone china clay was modified and the clay with heightened plasticity was achieved for throwing high-end art ceramic products.
