高效捕收剂BK404在铜硫矿选矿中的应用研究

摘　　要：BK404是北京矿冶研究总院近年研制和应用的一种具有较好选择性的高效铜硫矿捕收剂。用BK404、黄药和Z-200作捕收剂,对不同地区的矿石进行了一系列试验研究,研究结果表明,BK404具有较好的选择性以及适宜的捕收能力。目前,BK404已经在澳大利亚某铜硫矿、西藏某铜矿的生产实践中成功应用。BK404 is a highly selectivity and efficient collector on copper-sulfide ore dressing,which was developed and applied by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy（BGRIMM） in recently years. Many tests have been carried out on different ores by using BK404,xanthate and Z-200 as collector. The results show that the selectivity and collect ability of BK404 are better. At present, BK404 has been using in the production practice on the copper-sulfide ore in Australia and the copper ore in Tibet China.
