摘 要:下向进路式充填采矿方法在金属矿山被广泛应用。目前,对充填材料制备、充填作用机理、充填体质量及稳定性分析、进路参数优化等已经开展了深入研究和工程实践。充填体的稳定性和接顶率一直是该采矿方法应用的两大难题。针对毛坪铅锌矿的采矿方法以及存在的问题,通过开展现场研究与生产实践,形成一套成熟、高效、安全、经济的下向进路式充填采矿工艺,从而确保充填体稳定和较高充填接顶率。近几年来该矿发生的充填体冒顶事故为零,进路的充填接顶率在95%以上,采矿成本降低到146元/t。该矿采用的下向进路式胶结充填法的研究成果与采矿工艺可为类似矿山开采提供参考。Downward drift cut-and-filling stoping mining method is widely used in metal mines.Recently lots of researches and practices are carried out,such as filling material,mechanism and stability of filling in stoping-cemented fill method,filling body quality and optimization on drift stoping parameter.The stability of filling body and the roof contacting ratio are the two major problems in this mining method's implementation.In this paper,aiming at the mining method and the existing problems in Maoping Pb-Zn Mine,through years of field research and practice,a set of mining processes has been mastered,which are ripe,efficient,safety and economical,ensuring the stability of filling body.According to the statistics,the filling body roof instability case is 0,and the roof contacting ratio is up to 95 percent in recent years.The mining and filling cost is $146per ton.As an application of downward drift cut-and-filling stoping mining method,the study result and mining processes used in Maoping Mine can be referenced by similar mines.
