摘 要:针对冀东铁矿全尾砂充填料,已经开发出适用于铁矿山全尾砂胶结充填法采矿的矿山尾砂固结粉(简称尾矿粉)。通过矿山工程应用表明,该种全尾砂新型胶凝材料不仅胶结充填体强度高,而且成本低,具有良好的性价比。为此开展了矿尾粉新型胶凝材料在南洺河铁矿推广应用的试验研究。现场全尾砂取样的物化特性分析结果显示,南洺河铁矿全尾砂充填料不仅颗粒细(dav=0.361mm),含泥量高,而且级配差(不均匀系数53.4),属于级配严重不良的全尾砂充填料。为此,作者进行了胶砂比为1∶8和料浆浓度为73%的胶砂充填体强度试验。28d胶砂充填试块强度可以达3.024 MPa,是相同条件下32.5R早强水泥的2.77倍,满足了南洺河嗣后充填采矿对充填体强度的要求。According to the tailings filling material of Jidong Iron Mine,tailings powder(referred to as tailings powder)is consolidated that is suitable for cemented tailings filling method used in Iron Mine have been developed.Application to mining engineering shows that this new kind of cemented tailings material is characterized by high strength,low cost and good cost performance.Therefore,we carried out the extensive application research of tailings powder cementing material in Nanminghe Iron Mine.According to the physicochemical properties analysis of field tailings sampling,the results show that Nanminghe Iron Mine tailings has the characteristics of fine grain(dav=0.361mm),high content,and worst gradation(non-uniformity coefficient is 53.4),belong to the serious adverse gradation filling material.So,the author taken on the filling body strength experiment with cement-sand ratio 1︰8and slurry concentration 73%.The 28 dpaste filling body strength is up to 3.024 MPa and 1.33 times of the 32.5R early strength cement under the same condition,and meet the filling body strength requirement of Nanminghe Iron Mine backfill mining.
