摘　　要：针对尾矿库内的冻土层可能引起的浸润线抬升、局部逸出以及坝体失稳等问题,提出了尾矿堆积坝冬季放矿冻结计算方法,并且详细论述了尾矿库存在的冻土以及冬季放矿的特点和危害,依据实例计算提出一些具体的防护措施供相关设计人员参考。The tundra in tailings pond may cause phreatic line rising or local transgression and result in dam instability problem.The calculating method of tailings fill dam freeze in winter is put forward,and the characteristics and harm of frozen soil and ore-drawing in tailings pond in winter are discussed in detail in this paper.Material protective measures are put forward based on calculation for the designing reference for the related personnel.
