摘 要:以四川某地选择性破碎-分级-风选后的白云母尾矿为研究对象,采用碱性条件下阴阳离子混合捕收剂浮选的原则流程。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占49.78%、混合捕收剂(油酸钠与十二胺质量配比为3∶1)总用量为240 g/t、p H调整剂Na2CO3用量为1000 g/t(p H值9.0)、抑制剂水玻璃用量为300 g/t的条件下,采用1粗2精1扫、中矿顺序返回的闭路浮选流程,获得了白云母含量为98.71%、白云母回收率为84.40%的白云母精矿。After being purified by the process of selective crushing classification-wind separation, a muscovite mica tailing from Sichuan province was as taken the research object. A principle process of flotation with mixed anionic/cationic collectors in alkaline condition was used. The flotation conditions are as follows: the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm covering 49.78%, the overall dosage of mixed collector(mass ratio of sodium oleate and dodecylamine being 3∶1) is 240 g/t, and the dosage of p H adjusting agent Na2CO3 is 1000 g/t(p H = 9.0), the dosage of inhibitor sodium silicate is 300 g/t. Under the above optimal conditions, the closed circuit flotation flowsheet with one-stage roughing, two-stage concentrating, one-stage scavenging and returning of middling in turn were used,the muscovite micaconcentrate with muscovite mica grade of 98.71% and a 84.40% muscovite mica recovery can be obtained.
