摘 要:为有效提高黄陵煤泥的硅铝比,并降低铁含量,研究了用盐酸从煤泥中浸出铝和铁的最佳工艺条件。首先根据黄陵煤泥的化学与物相组成特点,确立了煅烧活化,利用盐酸脱出铝铁的基本技术路线。通过单因素实验确定了煅烧和酸浸反应的最佳工艺条件为:煅烧温度800℃,煅烧时间2 h,酸浸盐酸浓度6 mol/L,液固比10∶1(m L/g),酸浸温度100℃。经最佳条件反应后,铝和铁浸出率分别为83.06%和90.20%,泥渣中Si O2含量由52.58%提高到73.32%,Al2O3含量由19.67%降低到8.49%,Fe2O3含量由5.99%降低到1.06%,Si O2与Al2O3摩尔比由4.87提高到15.73。In order to effectively improve the ratio of Si/Al and reduce the content of iron, the optimum process conditions were researched by leaching out of aluminum and iron from slime with hydrochloric acid. According to the characteristics of chemical and phase composition of Huangling slime, the route of calcinations and removing aluminum and iron using hydrochloric acid was established. The optimum reaction conditions of calcination and acid leaching were determined by single factor experiment: the calcination temperature was 800 ℃, the calcination time was 2h, the acid leaching concentration of hydrochloric acid was 6 mol/L, the ratio of liquid to solid was 10∶1(m L/g) and the leaching temperature was 100 ℃. After the reaction in optimum conditions, the aluminum and iron leaching rate was 83.06% and 90.20% respectively, the content of Si O2 increased from 52.58% to 73.32%, the content of Al2O3 decreased from 19.67% to 8.49%, the content of Fe2O3 decreased from 5.99% to 1.06% and the molar ratio of Si O2 to Al2O3 increased from 4.87 to 15.73.
