按摩复位配合中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察按摩复位配合中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法:56例踝关节骨折患者应用中医按摩复位配合中药熏洗治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:不同分型的踝关节骨折经按摩复位及中药熏洗治疗后,A型中出现1例肿胀患者,B型有1例X线显示复位不彻底,影响运动功能,其他各分型中评分为优例数较多,不同分型的各项观察指标得分之间没有明显差异(P>0.05),A型踝关节骨折患者有1例肿胀明显活动不畅,B型中出现1例功能障碍,C型治愈效果较好,不同分型经过相同治疗后功能恢复情况差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:应用按摩复位配合中医熏洗治疗踝关节骨折治愈率高,关节功能恢复好。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of ankle fracture treated by combination of massage with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy. Methods ： 56 patients with ankle fracture were treated by combination of massage with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy. And the clinical effects were observed. Results： Among the 56 patients, except two cases who had mild disorder, the others ＇ ankle function recovered very well and could live and work normally. Conclusion： The combination of massage with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy to treat ankle fracture has higher curing rate and can make ankle function recover to normal state.
