穴位贴敷对腹腔镜胆囊术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷对腹腔镜胆囊手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将80例腹腔镜胆囊术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组采取常规治疗和护理,治疗组在对照组治疗和护理的基础上加神阙穴、双侧足三里穴穴位贴敷治疗,两组均以2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较两组腹胀程度及肛门排气、排便时间。结果:两组患者治疗后的腹胀程度均有所减轻,以治疗组变化程度更为明显,比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组肛门排气、排便时间较对照组明显缩短,比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷对促进腹腔镜胆囊手术后胃肠功能恢复疗效显著,且患者无痛苦,易于接受。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application on the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The patients in the control group were given routine therapy and nursing care,while the ones in the treatment group were added application to Shenque Point and Zusanli Point on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded two weeks as a treatment course. After a treatment course,the degree of abdominal distension,anal exhaust time and defecation time were compared. Results： After the treatment,the patients＇ degree of abdominal distension in both groups was relieved,especially the change in the treatment group was much clear,and there was significant difference when compared（ P〈 0. 05）; The patients＇ anal exhaust time and defecation time in the treatment group were greatly shortened,and there was significant difference when compared（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application has good effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the patients have no pain and are easy to accept the therapy.
