摘  要:基于太湖流域多时段雨量资料,运用地区线性矩法得到各站点对应重现期下的暴雨频率估计值,再由空间内插得到暴雨高风险区划图,并编制了一套以在线平台形式查询短历时暴雨高风险区划图的软件,可查询不同站点、不同时段、不同重现期下的暴雨频率估计值。结果表明,太湖流域的暴雨高风险区域位于西南部山区,西部地区为次暴雨高风险区,说明该平台可为防洪设计标准提供可靠依据,有助于山洪预警,从而减少生命财产损失,有效可行。Based on multi-duration rainfall data in Taihu basin, regional L-Moments method is used to obtain rainfallfrequency estimation values which are corresponding to return period of each station. And then rainfall high-risk zonationmap is gotten with the method of spatial interpolation. The online platform of querying short duration rainstorm high riskzoning map is developed, which can query rainstorm frequency estimation value of different sites, time and return peri-ods. The study found out that the rainstorm high-risk region in Taihu basin is located in the southwest mountain region,and the second one is in the west area. This platform can provide a reliable scientific basis for the design standard of floodcontrol, and contribute to the flash flood warning. Thereby, it reduces the loss of life and property, which is effective andfeasible.
