摘　　要：阐述了建筑防水工程质量司法鉴定的基本程序,包括司法鉴定的委托与受理、鉴定实施方案的制定、具体鉴定过程(包括勘验、分析、鉴别和判断)以及鉴定结论的得出,并以某屋面防水工程质量纠纷为例,介绍了防水工程质量司法鉴定的程序和内容。The article explains the basic procedures for the judicial verification of quality of building waterproofing projects, including entrusting and accepting, formulating of implementation plan, specific verification process （such as inspection, analysis, identification and judgment） and the reach of conclusion. It also takes the dispute on roofing waterproofing quality as an example to explain the procedures and contents of the judicial verification for the quality of waterproofing project.
