膨胀剂与纤维双掺结构自防水技术在某地下工程中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了宁波慈溪财富中心地下工程采用混凝土中同时掺加膨胀剂和纤维的结构自防水技术。通过制定合理的施工方案、优化混凝土配合比、加强施工振捣、养护,成功实现了结构自防水的目标;采取土膨胀加强带代替伸缩后浇带的超长混凝土结构无缝施工技术措施,加快了工程进度,取得了良好的抗裂防渗效果。The article introduced the technic of structural self-waterproofing concrete mixing with expansive agent and fiber, which was used in underground engineering of Ningbo Cixi Fortune Center. By making reasonable construction method, optmizing concrete mixture ratio and strengthening vibration ＆ curing, the objective of structural self-waterproofing was achieved. Using expansion band instead of post-poured strip and seamless construction of the super-long structure of reinforced concrete, the project prigress was speeded up, and the effects of crack resistance and anti-seepage were good.
