摘　　要：从接口定义及工作原理两个方面详细阐述了JTRS系统办公室先后发布的MHAL和MOCB硬件抽象层接口标准;同时以DSP处理器为例给出了MHAL和MOCB的实现方案;最后对两个标准的特点、优势及适用条件进行了分析与比较。From two aspects of interface definition and working principle, the MHAL and MOCB released by the JTRS JPEO were analyzed. Moreover, taking DSP processor as an example, the implementment scheme of MHAL and MOCB was given. Finally, these two standards were compared from three different aspects, i. e., characteristic, advantage and application condition.
