摘　　要：战略投送基地是军事交通运输系统新型的实体化保障力量,是战略投送体系和现代军事物流体系的关键环节。面对投送保障需求的不确定性,要正确理解不确定性、合理把握全局需求、科学管控保障活动,进而做好物资预储,适应不确定性保障需求,提高战略投送基地的综合保障效益。Strategic projection base is a new type of substantiated support force in military transportation system, and the key link in strategic projection system and modern military logistics system. Facing the uncertainty of projection support de- mands, we should correctly understand the uncertainty, reasonably grasp the whole demands, scientifically manage and control the support operations, thus to store the prepared materials for uncertain demands and to raise the comprehensive effectiveness of strategic projection base.
