摘  要:为探明桃叶杜鹃生长适宜的温度,以桃叶杜鹃(Rhododendron annae Franch.)幼苗为试验材料,采用人工模拟气候鉴定法,设置对照(22℃)、模拟高温(30和38℃),对不同温度条件下桃叶杜鹃叶片丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行研究。结果表明,与对照相比,桃叶杜鹃幼苗的MDA、Pro和可溶性蛋白质含量和SOD、CAT和POD活性均随温度升高而增加,叶绿素含量随温度升高而降低,可溶性糖含量则表现为在30℃条件下小幅增加,38℃条件下下降的趋势。说明桃叶杜鹃幼苗不耐高温胁迫,22℃条件是其较适宜的生长温度。To investigate the optimal temperature for Rhododendron annae Franch.growth,a pot experiment of R.annae seedling in artificial climatic chamber was conducted.Contents of MDA,Pro,soluble protein,total sugar and chlorophyll and activities of SOD,CAT and POD were determined and analyzed under artificially simulated high temperature (30 ℃ and 38℃).The growth status was observed.The resuhs showed that compared with the control (22 ℃),contents of MDA,Pro and soluble protein activities of R.annae SOD,CAT and POD increased with the increase of stress temperature,but chlorophyll content decreased.Total sugar appeared the trend of less increasing under 30 ℃ while decreasing under 38 ℃.Results of physiological and biochemical characters,and the growth of R.annae indicated that the optimal temperature for R.annae growth was 22 ℃.
