棚内小型人力三七精量播种机的设计

摘　　要：设计了一种新型棚内小型人力三七精量播种机,该机器主要由传动装置、排种装置、机架等组成。工作时,小轮可以升起一定高度,保证机架平衡;运输时,小轮轴可以自由旋下,保证与大轮在同一水平面上;播种时,大轮经二级传动带动排种器旋转,大轮转一圈,排种盘转12圈,共完成播种48粒,株距5 cm。该机器按照行距4 cm在机架并排安装精量播种单体15个,单次可以完成播种15行,大大地提高了播种效率,降低了农民劳动强度。A novel type of minitype human panax notoginseng precise seeder machine in the shed was designed.The machine was mainly composed of transmission device,seed metering device and frame.In working,the small wheel rised a certain height to guarantee the frame balance.In transporting,small axle freed spin and guaranteed it with big wheels in the same horizontal plane.In sowing,big wheel rotated the metering device with the second-level chain wheel transmission.The big wheel rotated a circle,a total of 48 seeds with a row of dial 12 laps of discharge plate and ensured planting distance of 5 cm.According to 4 cm apart in the rack,15 precise seeding monomers were installed side by side and 15 rows were sowed so that the seeding efficiency was greatly improved and the labor intensity of farmers was reduced.
