摘 要:从"推拉理论"出发,运用605份少数民族农民工调查数据,建立有序probit模型,探究农村推力、城市拉力以及个人特征和制度障碍控制变量对少数民族农民工外出务工的影响。结果表明,少数民族农村劳动力转移工作取得了一定的成效,农村劳动力务工意识逐步觉醒,非农就业能力和语言沟通能力显著提高。城乡收入差异、城镇丰富的医疗、文化娱乐资源和安全稳定的社会秩序是劳动力转移的主要动力,户籍制度、社会保障制度、城市居民的歧视行为、清真饮食和宗教信仰等在一定程度上制约了维吾尔族农民的外出务工的信心。Probit regression models was used to analyze the effects of migrant of rural thrust,city rally,control variables of personal characteristics and institutional barriers with Push-pull theory based on 605 questionnaires of minority migrant workers in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2011.The results showed that the transfer of minority rural labor achieved certain achievements.The consciousness of migrant gradual was awaken.Payrolls and language communication skills were improved significantly.Different income between urban and rural,urban riched medical,cultural and recreational resources and the security of social order were the major forces in the labor shift.Household registration system,social security system,discriminatory behavior of urban residents,Halal food and religion limited the confidence of Uighur migrant farmers.
