摘  要:采用均匀设计方法,将木霉30371菌剂和放线菌F05菌剂复配施用,探讨其施用对西洋参立枯病和锈腐病的防治效果。结果表明,西洋参播种时,仅施用5次木霉菌1.6×109/m2;栽种参根时,施用1次放线菌6.98×108/m2、木霉菌1.6×109/m2,对西洋参立枯病的防效为46%,对西洋参锈腐病的盆栽和田间相对防效分别达到88.93%和44.57%,盆栽的根重比对照增重22.4%。2株菌剂复配施用,可降低西洋参发病率并促进参根生长。The control effect of two strains (F05 and 30371) on seedling blight and root rust rot disease of P quinquefolium was optimized by uniform design. The results showed that when sow the P quinquefolium seed only applying strain 30371 with 1.6×10^9/m2 for 5 times and planted P. quinquefolium root applying strains F05 and 30371 for one time at amounts of 6.984×10^8/m2 and 1.6×10^9/m2 respectively. The control efficiency against seedling blight was 46% in greenhouse, and the root rot disease control efficiencies were 88.93% and 44.57% respectively in greenhouse and field, the root weight of Panax quinquefolium in greenhouse treated with F05 and 30371 increased 22.4% compared to the control plants. The combination ofF05 and 30371 could decrease disease incidence in ginseng plants and enhance plant growth.
