森林环境资源改善居民居住环境服务支付意愿及影响因素分析——以武夷山自然保护区为例

摘　　要：以福建武夷山国家自然保护区的森林环境资源为研究对象,利用条件价值法(CVM)与实地调研的方式,获得武夷山、建阳市300位常住居民的支付意愿调查问卷数据,结合数据相关分析和Logit回归模型对居民的支付意愿影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,居民社会经济特征对其对环境资源改善居住环境服务的支付意愿有一定的影响,受教育程度、环境保护认知、参与态度是影响其决策的主导因素。所以,政府在森林环境保护工作中,应努力提高公民的教育水平、加大环境保护的力度、提高群众对环境保护的参与力度,以促进森林环境资源服务市场的形成。Taking forest environmental resources in Wuyishan National Nature Reserve as research objects,contingent valuation method（CVM）and field investigation were adopted to obtain questionnaire data from 300 residents about the willingness to pay the services of forest environmental resources.Influencing factors were examined by relative datum analysis and Logit regression model.The results of study showed that the socioeconomic characteristics of the residents presented some influences on the willingness,the leading factors were level of education,environment protection recognition,participation attitude.So the government should improve citizens＇ education level,strengthen environment protection,and increase citizens＇ participation enthusiasm for environment protection to promote the formation of environment resource service market.
