B型诺维氏梭菌产毒素主要影响因子研究

摘　　要：为了掌握B型诺维氏梭菌同宝菌株（TB05）产毒特性，应用不同培养基、不同pH和不同培养时间进行最佳产毒比较试验。结果表明，该菌在含1．0％葡萄糖的VF培养基中37℃72h产毒达最高点，碳原比例及pH对本菌的生长及产毒具有较大的影响，1％葡萄糖、pH8．0—8．4最适于本菌产毒。In order to understand the characteristics of Clostridium Novyi type B. and Bao strains （TB05 ） producing toxigenic, a comparison test was implemented by different media, different pH and culture time. The results showed that the bacteria toxin production reached the highest under 1% of glucose of VF culture at 37 ℃ 72h, The proportion of carbon resources and pH have a great impact on the growth of bacteria and toxin production. Under 1% of glucose, 8. 0 - 8.4 of pH value is the most suitable condition for producing the bacteria.
