摘  要:以珍珠猪毛菜(Salsola passerina)幼苗为材料,在不同盐浓度溶液中(0、100、200、300 mmol·L-1和400 mmol·L-1NaCl)培养5 d和10 d,研究盐胁迫下珍珠猪毛菜幼苗根茎叶矿质离子的吸收与分配响应。结果表明:盐胁迫5 d和10 d后,随盐浓度增加,珍珠猪毛菜幼苗Na+含量降低,K+含量增加,叶片Na+含量低于根茎,叶片K+/Na+比值增大;盐胁迫10 d的茎叶中Cl-含量比胁迫5 d的趋于降低,Ca2+和Si4+含量趋于增加。通过分析K+和Na+在不同部位(根、茎、叶)的运输选择性系数变化,发现珍珠猪毛菜的根与茎具有选择性运输K+,抑制Na+进入叶片的作用。This study focused on absorption and distribution of main ions in roots, stems and leaves of Salsola passerina seedlings which were soaked in NaCl solutions with concentrations of 0, 100,200, 300,400 mmol · L-1 under salt stresses for 5 d and 10 d, respectively. The results showed that with the increase of the NaCl concentra- tion, Na + in seedlings was reduced but K + was significantly increased; K +/Na + ratio in leaves were increased ac- cordingly ; Na+ content in leaves was lower than that in roots and stems; CI- content was decreased in the roots, stems and leaves while Ca2+ and Si4+ contents were increased. Under the same salt stress concentrations the K +/Na + ratio gradually raised from roots to the leaves which presented a characteristic of the plant selectively transporting the K + from roots to leaves while preventing Na + entering into leaves.
