检察机关视角下的社会矛盾化解方法

摘　　要：化解社会矛盾纠纷,促进社会和谐稳定,成为当前检察工作的出发点、着力点。然而,随着社会与经济、文化的快速发展,传统的利益格局被重新划分,由此产生的社会矛盾与纠纷开始以司法诉求的形式大量进入司法诉讼领域当中,使司法实务面临新的挑战。以检察视角分析探讨检察机关在化解社会矛盾中如何运用检察机关的职能针对当前社会矛盾出现的新变化,在依法、充分履行现有职能的基础上,研究完善检察环节化解社会矛盾的工作机制,以更好地发挥检察机关在化解社会矛盾、构建和谐社会中的重要作用。To resolve social conflicts and promote social harmony and stability is what the current procuratorial focusing on at the present time.However, with the rapid development of the society and economy , the traditional interests pattern has been re-divided , which brings more social conflicts to judicial proceedings and new challenge to the whole procuratorial organs .Based on the new change of social contradiction , this paper researches how the procuratorial organs effectively resolve current social contradictions and play a better role of resolving social conflicts and establishing harmonious society .
