前癃通胶囊对良性前列腺增生症前列腺体积影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察前癃通胶囊对良性前列腺增生症(BPH)前列腺体积的影响。方法将60例BPH患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予前癃通胶囊和癃闭舒胶囊进行治疗,连续服药12周,观察治疗前后I-PSS评分、前列腺体积、残余尿量等指标的变化。结果观察组的疗效及对I-PSS评分、前列腺体积、残余尿量的改善作用均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前癃通胶囊能缩小增生的前列腺体积。Objective To observe the effect of Qianlongtong capsule on the prostate volume of benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH） patients. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group given treatment with Qianlongtong capsule and Longbishu capsule, respectively; they were administrated continuously for 12 weeks. Indicators such as I-PSS scores, prostate volume and residual urine volume were observed before and after treatment. Results The curative effect and indicators in treatment group were better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Qianlongtong capsule can shrink the prostate volume of BPH.
