摘 要:目的观察电针环跳、委中穴对腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,LIDP)家兔步态功能﹑髓核组织中肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)含量的影响。方法将40只健康新西兰兔随机分为4组,即空白组、LIDP模型组、电针穴位组和电针非穴对照组。自制的LIDP家兔病理模型造模器造家兔LIDP病理模型,采用Siegal法记录步态功能,酶联免疫吸附法测定髓核组织中TNF-α、IL-6含量。结果电针穴位组可改善家兔的步态功能,降低LIDP家兔髓核组织中TNF-α、IL-6的含量,与LIDP模型组、电针非穴对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论通过降低髓核组织中TNF-α、IL-6等炎症因子含量减轻炎症反应可能是电针环跳、委中穴治疗LIDP的作用机制之一。Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at Huantiao and Weizhong point on the walking function, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in rabbits with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion (LIDP). Methods Forty healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the blank, LIDP model, electroaeupuncture at point and electroacupuncture at non-point groups. The LIDP pathologic models were induced by the self-manufactured instrument, the walking functions of the rabbits were recorded by Siegal method, the contents of TNF-α and IL -6 were measured by ELISA method. Results The walking function of rabbits in electroacupuncture at Huantiao and Weizhong points group were improved, the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in nuclei pulpous significantly decreased. Compared with model and non-point control groups, the electroacupuncture group had significant differences (P〈0.O1). Conclusion One ofthe mechanisms of electroacupuncture at Huantiao and Weizhong point for LIDP treatment could be by decreasing the TNF-α and IL-6.
