胆囊切除术后综合症中医治疗

摘　　要：目的对中医治疗胆囊切除术后综合症的方法及疗效进行分析研究。方法：将我院2001年1月-2014年6月收治的胆囊切除术后综合症患者36例随机分为对照组 和观察组，对照组采用常规西医方法治疗，观察组在对照组常规西医治疗的基础上加用中医方法治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率为94．44％，对照组治疗有效 率为72．22％，观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：中医治疗胆囊炎术后综合症具有治疗效果好．安全陆高等优点，值得临床推广借鉴。Objective to analyze the effective rote of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in patients after cholccystectomy syndrome. Methods： Select 36 cases after cholecystectomysyndrome admitted in Our hospital from January 2001 to June 2014 as objectives. Randomly divided them into control group treated by conventional Western medicine and observation group trea-ted by conventional Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, compared the treatment of the two groups. Results ： The effective rate of observation group was 94.44% , which is muchhigher than that of control group, 72.22%. P 〈 0. 05, the difference was statistica11y significant. Conclusion ： adopting TCM in treating postoperative cholecystitis syndrome has therapeutic effect,high safety, etc. , is worthy of clinical reference.
